After more than five years of renovation, the UNESCO World Heritage Margravial Opera House in Bayreuth will reopen in April 2018 with Johann Adolph Hasse's "Artaserse". Under the musical direction of Michael Hofstetter, the Hofkapelle München, the most important orchestra for historical performance practice in southern Germany, will perform together with students of the master’s program in Music Theater and Operatic Song of the Theater Academy August Everding. Directed by the internationally renowned director Balázs Kovalik.

At Easter we will be guests at the Chapelle Royale of the Versailles Palace with Bach's St. Matthew Passion, together with the Tölzer Boys Choir, Michael Hofstetter and fabulous soloists.
